We screen resume’s weekly and invite qualified candidates to come in for a face to face interview.  If a candidate is a good fit, he/she will be passed to the next phase and invited to do an aquatic assessment.  Then references are checked and a criminal background check is performed. When these activities are completed the instructor candidate is invited to attend paid training with us for 2 weeks as a probationary instructor.  After successful completion of these two weeks the probationary title is removed and the instructor is officially hired and part of our team.
